Atalanta’s Membership

Atalanta’s is proud to be an inclusive Society and is thus not limited to those girls who have won Blues. We therefore extend our membership out to any girl who has competed in a Varsity Match in her respective sport. Membership forms can be downloaded from the link below.

Why Join Atalanta’s?

Atalanta’s is about recognising your achievements as a sportswoman, and helping you to achieve your potential both on and off the sports pitch. We believe in:

• Being proud of your status as one of Oxford’s sporting elite.
• Interacting with and supporting fellow University sportswomen, especially in our common endeavour to assert Dark Blue dominance!
• Providing opportunities to meet and network with a range of companies eager to recruit multi-talented undergraduates.
• Offering financial support through our annual grants, on the basis of both excellence and need.
• Having FUN with both current and old members, as well as the Vinnie’s boys, at a variety of events including cocktail evenings and our annual Christmas dinner.

This year, Atalanta’s is planning an exciting events calendar including sponsors’ receptions, Presidential dinner and drinks, events at the major Varsity matches, Vincent’s and Atalanta’s Autumn Cocktail Party, a Summer VIII’s reception, and much more. In addition, Atalanta’s members will enjoy a host of benefits, including:

• Access to the Vincent’s Club; Atalanta’s members have full access to the club on weekday evenings, making it the perfect place to meet for team socials before heading to Lava and Ignite! Members can also use the club on Saturday lunchtimes, as well as book the facilities for private use.
• Opportunity to purchase Atalanta’s stash, including the Atalanta’s scarf (available from Walters), and Atalanta’s hoodies.
